Store queue and timing state per-bot instead of globally, move bot
selector from Home page into Navbar dropdown, show bot name badge
in the player bar, and route WebSocket stateChange queues per-bot.

- 新增 POST /api/player/:botId/play-at 端点，跳转到队列指定索引
- 使用 queue.playAt(index) + resolveAndPlay，保留队列完整
- Queue.vue 添加 @dblclick 处理，双击即播放对应歌曲
- 添加 store.playAtIndex() action

- Player store tracks playStartedAt/pausedElapsed for elapsed time
- Queue component fetches from server when opened
- Lyrics page syncs every 200ms using elapsed time
- Lyrics auto-scroll to active line with smooth animation
- Translation lines shown below main lyrics
- Fade mask on lyrics scroll area
